Do you offer first in a negotiation or do you wait?


Reformed lawyer and my speaking buddy, Linda Swindling, recently did a blog article on whether to offer first in a negotiaiton.

No matter what – in any negotiation communication is key!

I say – if you have enough information – make the first move and set the parameters of the negotiation!

Of course unusual circumstances might require a different approach.
